Warmest congratulations to Assoc. Prof Dr. Norzaini Zainal on securing Phase 1 Prototype Research Grant Scheme (PRGS) 2021 from Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) with the title of "Development of high quality 4-inch gallium nitride template by growing gallium nitride layer on 4-inch dome-patterned sapphire substrate for improved performance of light emitting diodes". The project was awarded an amount of RM241,358.00.
