Experimental modules include Experimental Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Characterization, Experimental Fabrication and Characterization, and Experimental Packaging and Characterization.

Module 5: Experimental Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Characterization
[36 hours laboratory, 14 days]
Module 5 consist of 36 laboratory hours over a two-week period. This Module contain experimental (see Appendix B) which covers the experimental and hands on approaches of MOCVD epitaxial growth and characterization which is divided into three-phases;
- Phase 1: Safety and MOCVD briefing (1-day period)
- Phase 2: Shadowing (3 times within 11-day period)
- Phase 3: Recipe preparation, growth and hands on (2-day period)
Participants are expected to attend the laboratory training and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for MOCVD growth.
The material taught in Module 5 comprise only experimental. This Module are suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, governments and industries.

Module 7: Experimental Packaging and Characterization
[18 hours lecture, 3 days]
Module 7 consist of 18 laboratory hours over a three-day period. This Module contain experimental (see Appendix B) which covers the experimental and hands on approaches of Packaging process and characterization. Participants are expected to attend the laboratory training and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for Packaging.
The material taught in Module 7 comprise only experimental. This Module are suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, governments and industries.

Module 6: Experimental Fabrication and Characterization
[30 hours laboratory, 5 days]
Module 6 consist of 30 laboratory hours over a five-day period. This Module contain experimental (see Appendix B) which covers the experimental and hands-on approaches of Fabrication process and characterization. Participants are expected to attend the laboratory training and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for Fabrication. Module 6 consists of 30 laboratory hours over a five-day period.
