Module 1 consist of 18 lecture hours over three-day period. This Module contain only theoretical section which covers introduction of LED Technology which include material preparation, operating principle, characterization, fabrication, and applications (see Appendix A). Module 5: Experimental Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Characterization

Module 5 consist of 36 laboratory hours over a two-week period. This Module contain experimental (see Appendix B) which covers the experimental and hands on approaches of MOCVD epitaxial growth and characterization which is divided into three-phases; Phase 1: Safety and MOCVD briefing (1-day period) Phase 2: Shadowing (3 times within 11-day period) Phase 3: Recipe preparation, growth and hands on (2-day period) Participants are expected to attend the laboratory training and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for MOCVD growth. The material taught in Module 5 comprise only experimental. This Module are suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, governments and industries.
