Module 1: Theoretical LED Technology
Module 1 consist of 18 lecture hours over three-day period. This Module contain only theoretical section which covers introduction of LED Technology which include material preparation, operating principle, characterization, fabrication, and applications (see Appendix A). Participants are expected to attend the lectures and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
The material taught in Module 1 comprises only theoretical and a visitation to laboratories. This Module are suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, governments and industries.
Module 2: Theoretical Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD)
Module 2 consist of 18 lecture hours over three-day period. This Module contain only theoretical section which covers the topic of MOCVD epitaxial growth (see Appendix A). Participants are expected to attend the lectures and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
The material taught in Module 2 comprises only theoretical and a visitation to laboratories. This Module are suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers, governments and industries.
Module 3: Theoretical Fabrication
Module 3 consist of 18 lecture hours over three-day period. This Module contain only theoretical section which covers the topic of Fabrication (see Appendix A). Participants are expected to attend the classes and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.

Module 4: Theoretical Packaging
Module 4 consist of 18 lecture hours over three-day period. This Module contain only theoretical section which covers the topic of Packaging (see Appendix A). Participants are expected to attend the classes and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.

Module 5: Experimental Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) and Characterization
Module 5 consist of 36 laboratory hours over a two-week period. This Module contain experimental (see Appendix B) which covers the experimental and hands on approaches of MOCVD epitaxial growth and characterization which is divided into three-phases;
- Phase 1: Safety and MOCVD briefing (1-day period)
- Phase 2: Shadowing (3 times within 11-day period)
- Phase 3: Recipe preparation, growth and hands on (2-day period)
Participants are expected to attend the laboratory training and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for MOCVD growth.

Module 6: Experimental Fabrication and Characterization
Module 6 consist of 30 laboratory hours over a five-day period. This Module contain experimental (see Appendix B) which covers the experimental and hands-on approaches of Fabrication process and characterization. Participants are expected to attend the laboratory training and will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion for Fabrication.
