Materials available in INOR fabrication laboratory for deposition process; ITO, ZnO, SiO2, Au, Ag, Pt, Al, Ti, Ni and Cr.
For certain materials such as Au, Ag and Pt, kindly fill up the precious material form with supervisor approval before proceed with booking. Please refer to the attachment for the precious material form.
